FOREIGN WORKER RECRUITMENT

We are please to advice that the procedure for recruitment of foreign worker are as follow:-

1. Registration into Pejabat Tenaga Kerja (Labour Office) in order to obtain JCS, 60K and 63A letter for the purpose of recruitment of foreign worker. (Normally it will take 6 to 8 weeks)
2. Arranging of interview in Imigresen Putrajaya to obtain the approval letter. The approval letter will issue in the same day after the payment of levy fee (RM 1,200.00/pax).
3. After obtaining the approval letter we can start the recruitment with application of calling visa (Normally only take 3 working days after receiving worker Bio-data from source of country. (Source of country: Myanmar, Nepal, Vietnam, Indonesia, Sri Langka, Paskitan and etc.) Cost incurred for calling visa application will be Imigresen PLKS fee (RM 130/Pax for Nepalese) and the Insurance Guarantee fee.
4. Arrival of worker at KLIA. We will arrange for the clearing of worker and transportation to the factory. Cost incurred will be the worker arriving visa fee. (RM 20.00/pax for Nepalese)
